The grapes are selected from the Colle Cinciaro vineyard. Pure Trebbiano abruzzese, vinified in white, in steel tanks, it is bottled in the spring following the harvest. In the first few months in the bottle, it presents itself as a simple wine, not very deep, but drinkable and pleasant, and then begins to evolve in structure with the arrival of the following autumn/winter, displaying a decisive but elegant character with a nice acidity and an excellent savoury note.
