Description Yarden Pinot Gris was produced entirely from Pinot Gris grapes grown in two vineyards located in the high elevations of the northern Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are proving ideal for this classic variety made famous in the Alsace region of France and northeastern Italy where the variety is known as Pinot Grigio. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 7-10C
