This extraordinary product encapsulates the finest tradition of Scotch whisky making and owes its name to William Lawson's a merchant from Dundee who, constantly in search of uncompromising quality, decided in 1849 to create this particular Blended Scotch. Excellent when consumed neat, or with soda and ginger ale, William Lawson's is made using an ancient technique, which consists of leaving the final blend in an oak cask used to age sherry for six months, so that the blending of the different whiskies takes place slowly.
