It comes from the vineyards on the terraces of Pimonete at 400 metres above sea level where the microclimate is very special due to the high day-night temperature range. We find great intensity of colour, exuberant and evanescent mousse. High aromatic concentration of violets and wild flowers. On the palate it is satisfying, lively, round and elegantly soft. Serve at 12° C.
