The artisanal liqueur company 'Nonna Rufina' was founded in 2001 out of a desire to preserve the traditions associated with the flavours of yesteryear. Rosolio is an ancient liqueur that used to be prepared at home and offered as a digestive after a meal, or served with dessert. Grandma revealed her ancient recipes to a grandson, who decided to use them in strict adherence to the experience acquired by his grandmother, to whom he dedicated the name of the company that treasures her secrets. Nonna Rufina's rosoli are produced, today as then, using high-quality fruit and natural flavourings from the Etna region. Our products are obtained through the infusion of fruit, aromas, leaves, berries, spices etc.... in pure alcohol. The essence obtained is mixed with a syrup obtained from sugar and purified water, which determines its transparency.
