This Grappa comes from a Sicilian grape variety of noble tradition: Nero d'Avola. It is a grape variety with a rich personality, with fruity, floral and spicy notes. It has an excellent taste structure, full-bodied, balanced and harmonious on the whole. Its marc, lightly pressed, undergoes a delicate fermentation process and is distilled in special stills that enhance its intense flavour and aroma.
