This grappa is distilled, according to ancient artisan tradition, from the renowned marc of white Verduzzo, Tocai, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon and Picolit grapes from the best wineries in the eastern hills of Friuli and Collio. Using a secret and ancient production method, Domenis distils different raw materials: white pomace, black pomace and fruit. The grappa produced is already commonly called 'historic' for its superior and special organoleptic characteristics that set it apart from all other distillates of the period. La Historical of the distillery Domenis is a grappa non-barrelled wine that presents a crystal-clear appearance to the eye. The nose is very fine and elegant, characterised by a rich bouquet of floral and fruity notes.
