A shop with demijohns, bottles and barrels from which Don Luigi directly tapped Gragnano, that wine for meals, accompanied by a pizza or a cartata of fava beans and pecorino cheese. It is ruby red in colour, clear, lively and fairly consistent. On the nose it has a fruity intensity with a good bill of aromas, it does not make complexity its characteristic and we recognise cherry and blackberry and wild rose for the floral component. In the mouth it has a great freshness, the sparkling component is enveloping, it is a not very tannic, medium-bodied and fairly warm wine in which we find consistency with the aromas recognised on the nose, ending with a pleasant country and bitterish note that does not make it cloying.
