This is followed by a short rest to allow amalgamation and filtration. Title Alcohol Metric: 18% vol. Format: 75 cl Colour: Dark amber Aroma: Babiot is the fruit of the herbal knowledge and oenological excellence with which Piedmontese liqueur-makers created the modern Vermouth at the end of the 18th century. Among the product's characterising notes, in addition to artemisia, are vanilla and rhubarb. Aroma and flavour: Babiot smells of vanilla and rhubarb against a background of orange peel. The taste is well balanced, harmonious. It closes pleasantly bitter with a pleasant fresh note of cardamom. Utilisation: Babiot is best enjoyed neat, fresh from the fridge, or with a few ice cubes.
